Carl Wilkens, the only American witness to the 1994 Rwanda genocide, chronicled the murders in “Rwanda Today: Stories Doing What Guns Can’t,” presentations at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday in Crimi Auditorium.
