There’s no question that Ryan Gosling is one of the hottest actors in Hollywood right now, but we never take a step back to see how actors have gotten to where they are. They have to take on many small movie roles or even commercials before getting a big role. Ryan Gosling was featured on the Mickey Mouse Club when he was younger with many other stars such as Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera. Many people might not know this, but he was also in Goosebumps episode “Say Cheese and Die.” He did many small roles on TV shows before getting a role on the film Remember the Titans.
We always remember people in their success but we never really see what people went through to get there. Hard work, dedication, patience and passion play a huge role. Ryan Gosling definitely started from the bottom and worked his way up. That is why he is so well known today and is succeeding. The Notebook was released in 2004 and got him recognized more than any of the small roles he played in TV series and small roles in films as well. He is seen as a sensitive, caring, and loving guy who happens to be very handsome. He is starting to branch out and play more roles than just the nice guy who gets the girl. In his role in the movie The Nice Guys, he played a character who wasn’t the best dad, and he is investigating a case with the help of another man (Russell Crowe), and his daughter. In the Big Short he played salesman, Jared Vennett during the housing market crash of 2008.
In his interview on shows with Jimmy Kimmel, Ellen Degeneres, and Jimmy Fallon he seems very laid back, confident, and hilarious! He also cares very deeply about his family and had Ellen Degeneres pose with his wife’s sister (who is a huge fan of Ellen), for a picture while on the show. He is very private about his personal life, but cares deeply about his loved ones as demonstrated by his actions. He dedicated his speech and his award at the Golden Globes to his wife Eva Mendes who was raising their first child, carrying their second child, and was helping her brother fight cancer while Ryan Gosling was on set shooting for his Oscar nominated film La La Land.
We hope to see Ryan Gosling do even more great things in the future!
